Get to know us

Don’t Sweat It started small, with just a few of us who genuinely loved fitness and moving our bodies. It began as casual conversations, talking about workouts we liked, clothes that actually felt good to wear, and how hard it can be to feel confident sometimes. Don't Sweat It was founded by mother and daughter Sarah and Abigail Green, two women living in Laguna Beach, California who share a love for fitness and movement. Over time, we realized those conversations mattered. There weren’t many spaces that felt honest and welcoming, so we decided to create one. What started as a shared passion slowly grew into a blog where we talk openly about fitness, activewear, and what it really looks like to live an active life. No pressure, no perfection.

Our mission

Our mission is to create a space where women feel supported, confident, and encouraged to move their bodies without pressure. We believe being active looks different for everyone, and our goal is to share honest content, accessible products, and real conversations that help women feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are.

Our vision

Our vision is to build a community that redefines what it means to be active—one rooted in balance, inclusivity, and self-confidence. Don’t Sweat It aims to be a trusted space where movement feels empowering, not intimidating, and where women of all fitness levels can find inspiration, connection, and confidence through an active lifestyle.
