Get to know us

Don’t Sweat It started small, with just a few of us who genuinely loved fitness and moving our bodies. It began as casual conversations, talking about workouts we liked, clothes that actually felt good to wear, and how hard it can be to feel confident sometimes. Over time, we realized those conversations mattered. There weren’t many spaces that felt honest and welcoming, so we decided to create one. What started as a shared passion slowly grew into a blog where we talk openly about fitness, activewear, and what it really looks like to live an active life. No pressure, no perfection. Don't Sweat It was founded by mother and daughter Sarah and Abigail Green, two women living in Orange County, California who share a love for living an active life.

Our mission

At Don’t Sweat It, our mission is to create a space where women feel genuinely supported, confident, and encouraged to move their bodies in ways that feel good to them—without pressure or unrealistic expectations. We believe that being active doesn’t look the same for everyone. For some, it’s strength training or Pilates. For others, it’s walking, stretching, resting, or simply choosing movement when it fits into everyday life. Every version is valid, and every body deserves respect. Through honest content, thoughtfully chosen products, and open conversations around fitness, we aim to make movement feel accessible rather than intimidating. We don’t believe in extremes or perfection, just showing up as you are. However you do it, Don't Sweat It!
